The Capital Improvements Program is a rolling six-year program for systematically constructing, maintaining, upgrading and replacing the City's infrastructure. The CIP is incorporated into the annual budget and is approved in the spring of each year. The CIP document is divided into sections representing the projects from each of the city's departments that deal with infrastructure improvements.
